We at Bal Kalyan Kendra, Baramati, District Pune, Maharashtra express our heartfelt gratitude to Ashray-Akruti for their generous support towards the education of students at our Residential School for Children with Hearing Impairment.
Ashray-Akruti has kindly provided a Sony LED K-65X530 Television for our school and has also arranged 200 Mbps Unlimited Broadband Internet connectivity through E-Connect Services. These facilities will significantly enhance visual learning and digital education opportunities for our hearing-impaired students, enabling them to benefit from modern teaching resources and e-learning methods.
On 11 March 2026, Group Hearing Aids were distributed to 24 students of our Residential School for the Hearing Impaired. The distribution took place in the presence of Mr. Anant Salunke, representative of Ashray-Akruti.
The program began with a warm welcome delivered by Ms. Unde, followed by skillful anchoring by Ms. Kale. Valuable guidance regarding the importance of hearing aids and the benefits of digital learning facilities was shared by Ms. Owal.
The program was conducted in the presence of the Mokashi couple. Along with me, Mrs. Mokashi, Treasurer of the institution, was present on the occasion. Mr. Sandip Mulik (Secretary) and Mrs. Ankita Mokashi (Vice-President) also attended the program.
The event was successfully organized with the support and cooperation of our Headmaster, special educators, superintendent, staff members, Shekhar Kaka, and the students from both the Hearing Impaired and Intellectual Disability departments.
I would also like to express my special appreciation and gratitude to Rahim Sir from Ashray-Akruti, Hyderabad, whose valuable guidance and support made this initiative possible.
On behalf of Bal Kalyan Kendra, Baramati, I sincerely thank Ashray-Akruti for their continued support towards the education, empowerment, and inclusion of children with hearing impairment. Such support plays an important role in improving educational opportunities and strengthening the future of these children.
